Ben Lin is the founder and principal designer at CLDC, has over 20 years of experience in lighting design. He combines a background in theatrical lighting designer with a design excellence and artistic approach to architectural lighting. He offers extensive experience in the lighting design and project implementation of diverse forms and scale, including public and civic facilities, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, residential developments and national museums and more. His works often utilizes the dramatic possibilities of light to convey dynamic and meaningful elements to a space.

In addition to his accomplishments in the professional practice area, Ben Lin has been involved in the academics for many years and is frequently invited to speak at institutions and academic groups. He is passionate about knowledge sharing and is an active advocator in promoting lighting environment concept.
